Description

Miyako Ikeda is a senior analyst at the OECD in Paris, where she has worked since 2004. She currently leads and manages the analytical aspects of the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA). Miyako received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Tokyo and her doctorate from Teachers College, Columbia University. Prior to joining the OECD, she gained experience at the World Bank in Vietnam and UNESCO's International Institute for Educational Planning (IIEP). In 2014, she was a visiting scholar at Teachers College, Columbia University.
