Oleh Nemchinov, Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers, Ukraine
Minister Nemchinov started his career in 1999 working in the youth service of the department of humanitarian and social policy, then in the youth work of the department of culture at the Lviv City Council. He went on to be: a part -time lecturer at the Lviv Vocational School, an Advising Assistant to an MP of Ukraine, worked in a private entity for a short while and then in 2009 – 2010 started working in Lviv Regional State Administration.
From 2012 to 2014 he worked at the Lviv Regional Institute for Public Administration of the National Academy for Public Administration under the President of Ukraine. In 2014 he started working at the State Enterprise "Production and Service Center of the Ministry of Revenues and Duties of Ukraine in Lviv region" whilst taking up service in the State Border Service of Ukraine until 2017.
Minister Nemchinov participated in the anti-terror operation in the Donetsk region in January - February 2016.
He was appointed State Secretary of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine from 2017 - 2020 and in March 2020 was appointed Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
