The production of sandstone cobbles in Rajasthan, India, is associated with human rights risks and violations, including serious health impacts. This session explores how a combination of different approaches can bring about improvements for workers and communities in the extended value chain. These include robust corporate due diligence procedures, collective action in the supply chain and an area-based approach towards the creation of a Child Labour Free Zone.
