This event focuses on overcoming challenges in undertaking effective human rights due diligence in the context of upstream mineral supply chains of the wind and solar energy sectors, including the role of industries, investors and development finance institutions. A panel discussion will be followed by small group exchanges on key human rights risks and challenges in the upstream and downstream part of value chains as well as challenges to supply chain mapping and transparency.
