Description
Andrew Gulley, PhD, is a mineral economist. He recently joined Strategic Mineral Consultants as a Partner and Director of Research. For nine years prior, Dr. Gulley led research at the U.S. Geological Survey that focused on cobalt, mineral supply risks to U.S. manufacturers, and the mineral industries of China and the DRC. Before joining the USGS, Dr. Gulley spent 10 years working for mining companies, mining investment firms, mining-focused NGOs, and the USEPA. He has a PhD in Mineral Economics from the Colorado School of Mines and a bachelor's in law and economics from the University of Chicago.
