Description
Miquel de Paladella is the founder and CEO of UpSocial, a firm specialised in implementing and scaling innovative solutions to social problems. He also leads UpSocial’s spin off focused on implementing education innovations such as JUMP Math. He is an economist, social entrepreneur and consultant with extensive experience in international organizations such as Ashoka, UNICEF, Global Movement for Children, Plan International, Society for International Development, among others. He advises national and international institutions such as the Inter-American Development Bank, the European Commission and the Carasso Foundation, among others. He is also professor of innovation at the University of Barcelona and at ESADE Institute for Social Innovation.
