Biography
Philippe Symons has been Chief Ethics Officer of the Sodexo group since January 1, 2022.
Prior to this role, he had a long career as an operational manager of companies within Sodexo and other international groups.
In his last role, Philippe was CEO of the Childcare domain of Sodexo from 2017 to 2021. Previously, he was the CEO of Sodexo Benefits and Rewards in Belgium and Luxemburg for 8 years.
In addition to these roles, Philippe also served as President of EFSI (European Federation for Services to Individuals) from 2017 to 2021.
He holds a Master in Applied Economics from the UCL University (Belgium).
