Biography
Haiyani Rumondang is Director General of Labour Inspection and OSH Development at Ministry of Manpower Republic of Indonesia. Her responsibility is developing policies and its implementation in the field of labour inspection and occupational safety and health development in Indonesia. Prior as the current DG, she was Director General for Industrial Relations and Social Security between 2015 and 2020.
Haiyani Rumondang has extensive leadership experience in the manpower sector, including Director for Industrial Relations and Labour Dispute between 2010 and 2015.
She is the Chair of National OSH Board 2020-now and Member of the National Security Council (2016-2019 and 2019-2024)
She received Doctoral Degree in Public Policy at Trisakti University and graduated Master of Arts in Population & Human Resources Development Management at Adelaide University Australia
