MSc and PhD in Artificial Intelligence, cofounder of the Center for
Excellence in Artificial Intelligence (CEIA-UFG); associate professor
at the Federal University of Goias; Visiting Professor at Carnegie
Mellon University, USA; Visiting Professor at IITGN - Institute of
Technology of India and G20/Startup20 Delegate. In addition, he is a
researcher, consultant and speaker. Among the talks, the one given at
NASA (JPL/LA) stands out. Coordinated dozens of Innovation Projects
(University-Industry) focused on delivering value. He has developed projects in Agribusiness, Healthcare, Education, Ecommerce, Logistics, Sales, Legal, among others. In the public sector, he was Secretary of Economic Development, Work, Science and Technology of Goiânia/GO/Brazil; and Undersecretary of Information Technology (IT) of Goias State/Brazil.
