Description
The Director of the Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution since its establishment, with 20+ years of experience in public policies, public-private partnerships, and digitalization.
She started her career in the USAID development Programs,where she worked for 10 years. Since 2010, Jelena joined NALED, first as the Program Director and then as Policy Director. In recent years, she was engaged by the Government to manage development and implementation of Government digitalization policies and programs related to health care, including the national program for health and health care digitalization. She is a member of more than 10 Government’s working groups, working on tax legislation, public procurement, shadow economy, and other business environment issues.
In March 2022, in addition to overseeing strategy for programme development in NALED, she was appointed director of the Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution. She is Molecular Biologist by Education.
