AI & Data Strategy Coordinator | Digital Transformation

Description

With over two decades of experience in technology leadership across both public and private sectors, I bring a unique blend of strategic insight and technical expertise to my role as the Head of Delegation for Estonia to the OECD. Currently, I serve as the AI and Data Strategy Coordinator for Estonia's Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications and the Ministry of Justice, where I lead transformative initiatives that align with Estonia’s Digital Agenda 2030. My focus lies in driving AI adoption to enhance public sector efficiency, strengthening data governance frameworks, and fostering cross-ministry collaboration to advance Estonia's vision of a data-driven society. Previously, I served as CEO of CodeNOW, a pioneering platform for automating multi-cloud software development, which provided me with deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and large-scale digital transformation. My leadership at CodeNOW contributed to streamlining digital innovation across enterprises, delivering measurable efficiency and scalability. Earlier in my career, I held senior roles at IBM and Kyndryl, focusing on IT infrastructure, cloud strategies, and managing complex technology programs. These positions honed my ability to navigate the intersection of technology and business strategy, laying a strong foundation for my contributions to Estonia's digital transformation. As a champion for international collaboration, I work closely with EU leaders, OECD member states, and private sector stakeholders to ensure ethical, sustainable, and responsible AI adoption. My expertise in AI strategy, data governance, and fostering innovation ecosystems positions Estonia as a global leader in digital transformation and public sector modernization. Through my work, I am committed to upholding Estonia’s role as a digital pioneer, fostering solutions that drive societal impact and inspire global collaboration.
