Description
Amb. Thomas Schneider is a long-standing expert in internet and digital governance, including AI. He is leading the Swiss delegation in various key international fora in these fields (UN, ITU, UPU, UNESCO, OECD, Council of Europe, etc.). As the Chair of the Council of Europe Committee on AI (CAI), he has led the negotiations of the first binding international treaty on AI adopted in 2024.
