Ing. Ivan Ivančin, State Secretary II, Ministry of Investment, Regional Development and Informatisation SR, responsible for informatisation
Ivan Ivančin is a State Secretary II at the Ministry of Investment, Regional Development and Informatisation. He manages the sector of Digital Agenda. His vision is to promote and streamline state digital services for end users and simplify and accelerate absorption of EU funds.
Between 2019-2023, he worked as an IT Consultant for the Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Economy and Ministry of the Environment of the SR, and for The Office of the Prosecutor General, NCZI (National Health Information Centre), ÚRSO (Regulatory Office for Network Industries) where he worked on digital transformation of these institutions and on the processes of allocating funds from the state budget.
Between 2017-2019, he worked as a Division Director in Me-Inspection SK leading an international team of three divisions responsible for delivery and implementation of ICT systems.
He graduated from Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, STU in Bratislava, with a degree in robotics.
