Kanysh Tuleushin, First Vice Minister of the Ministry of Digital
Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic
of Kazakhstan was born in 1983 in. Kanysh Tuleushin
is a distinguished professional with an extensive educational
background, having graduated from L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian
National University, Oxford Brookes University, and the
Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He began his career in
2003 within commercial organizations, quickly advancing to
serve as a Specialist in the Department for Servicing Legal
Entities and later as Head of the Department at Temirbank JSC
from 2004 to 2005. From 2006 to 2008, Kanysh held pivotal roles
as Chief Expert at the JSC Center for Trade Policy Development
and as Head of the Innovation Policy Department in the Ministry
of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan. His
expertise further expanded during his tenure as a consultant and
Deputy Head of the Department of Socio-Economic Monitoring
at the Administration of the President from 2008 to 2011.
Following this, Kanysh served as Vice Minister of Industry and
New Technologies from 2011 to 2013 and as Managing Director
of Baiterek National Managing Holding JSC from 2013 to 2016. He
then led the “Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund” as
Chairman of the Board from 2016 to 2017. Since 2018, Kanysh
has continued to work in commercial structures and currently
serves as the First Vice Minister of the Ministry of Digital
Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic
of Kazakhstan.
