Description
Prof. Djordjija Petkoski is a Lecturer and Senior Fellow at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and the founder of Global CDL. He advises, coaches, and consults for global companies, development organizations, and governments. His recent work focuses on leading and managing organizational transformation in the age of AI, advancing human-centered and responsible AI, and exploring the intersection of AI with sustainability and ESG. He also delves into the mindset of entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs in the sustainability/ESG/AI space, engages with strategic stakeholders and shapeholders, and champions actionable, transformative capacity development.
An internationally recognized speaker, Prof. Petkoski has delivered over 300 lectures at top universities, international conferences, and renowned institutions such as the Annual Meetings of the IMF and World Bank Group, the European Parliament, and Bibliotheca Alexandrina. He has authored or co-authored 15 books and over 180 articles and reports, with his work published in prominent journals like the Harvard Business Review and the Journal of Business Ethics. A Fulbright Scholar at Harvard University and a Visiting Scholar at MIT, he holds two Ph.D. degrees (in Economics and Electrical Engineering) as well as an MPA from Harvard University.
