Description
She holds a degree in Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and a Master in Business Management from the Instituto Superior de Estudios Empresariales de la CEOE, is director of the Social and Labour Department of the Spanish Confederation of Small and Medium Enterprises and advisor for the second group of Business Organisations of the Economic and Social Council of Spain.
As director of the Social and Labour Department of the Spanish Confederation of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, CEPYME, she is responsible for the Social and Labour Department of CEPYME, participating in the Negotiation processes at national level, both bipartite and tripartite and, specifically, in the Social Dialogue Tables that the Business Organisations, Trade Unions and the Government have been holding in different areas. It is also a representative of CEPYME before the different Ministerial Departments and Bodies of the General State Administration.
It has participated in the negotiation of the Agreements for Employment and Collective Bargaining with the trade union organisations CCOO and UGT, highlighting in this last phase the negotiation with the government and trade unions of the Agreements that have given rise to the ERTES and the labour reform.
