Description
Florian is Chief Operations Officer of Bayes Impact, an international NGO whose mission is to leverage digital technologies to create a new generation of public services, and empower people at scale. Bayes Impact has carried out projects in various fields, from unemployment to justice and health, benefiting hundreds of thousands beneficiaries. Florian's work focuses on supporting the scalability and sustainability of the NGO’s impact, in France and abroad.
Before joining Bayes Impact, Florian worked with various international organizations on the monitoring and evaluation of development projects, and in a public policy consulting and investment firm headed by Dr. Jacques Attali, founder of the EBRD, where he advised governments on policy reforms strategies, notably in the fields of innovation, human capital and governance. Florian was also in charge of the venture capital arm of the company and led over a dozen investments in tech startups.
Florian holds a dual master degree in international relations from Sciences Po Paris and Columbia University, New York, focusing on economic and political development. In parallel to Bayes Impact, Florian is a local elected official in the city of Saint-Ouen, France, where he strives to support the development of innovative solutions to social challenges.
