Description
Andrea Marvan is the Chairwoman of the Mexican Economic Competition (COFECE) since 2023. She joined COFECE in 2012 in the Cartel Investigations Unit and in 2016 became Executive Director to the Investigative Authority. Additionally, in 2022 she served as Head of the Advocacy Unit in COFECE.
Professor in Competition Law and Administrative Law, Andrea Marvan has written and co-authored articles on these subjects.
Andrea holds a BA in law from Universidad Iberoamericana and an MA in law for The University of Chicago.
