Description
Yuriy Butsa is the Government Commissioner for Public Debt Management.
He studied Economics at the National University "Kyiv Mohyla Academy" and the Central-European University in Budapest.
Throughout his career, he has held various financial positions in Ukraine, including at the Warsaw stock exchange Representative office in Ukraine, National Securities and Stock Market Commission, the Coordination Center for Economic Reforms, and the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.
Currently, he serves as the Government Commissioner for Public Debt Management and Member of the Supervisory Board of the state-owned bank Ukeximbank.
He has been recognized for his work in the GlobalCapital Bond Awards.
Yuriy Butsa is fluent in English and Polish.
