Description

After spending 15 years in large international CIBs in various structured finance, risk and syndication positions, Hélène joined AFD Group in 2017 to work on financial systems development with a main focus on Africa at AFD first and then at PROPARCO , the private sector - focused subsidiary of the AFD Group. Since 2023, Hélène leads PROPARCO's efforts towards increasing cooperation with private finance investors in her new role as Director for Private Finance Mobilisation.
