Dr Koen Deconinck is an Economist/Policy Analyst at the OECD, and is the lead author of the OECD report “Making Better Policies for Food Systems” (2021) and of the ‘Concentration in Seed Markets’ (2018) report. Before joining the OECD, he was a management consultant with Bain & Company. He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Leuven in Belgium
