Description
Andres Sanabria is the Coordinator of the OECD Mining Regions and Cities Initiative at the OECD. He led the development of the OECD framework to measure well-being in mining regions and advanced the OECD’s work on enhancing Indigenous peoples' development in mining contexts. Over his 8 years at the OECD, he has also coordinated rural country reviews and supported the elaboration of the OECD Rural Policy Framework. Andres has been an invited lecturer on rural development at Paris-Dauphine University, the London School of Economics (LSE), and Sciences Po, Paris. He holds a Master’s degree in Public Affairs from the London School of Economics and Sciences Po-Paris.
