Description
Adrian Lupusor is the Executive Director of “Expert-Grup”, a leading think-tank in Moldova, focused on economic and financial policies. Adrian has 15 years of experience in conducting policy consulting, monitoring and research in such areas as macroeconomic assessments, trade analysis, financial sector, monetary policy and central banking. Adrian has led the team of experts that prepared the successful issuance, for the first time in Moldova, of municipal bonds (4 issuances) and is currently preparing another 3 municipal bond issuances for 2025. Hence, he has first-hand experience in dealing with bonds, capital markets and Moldovan stakeholders relevant to this process.
