Description
Robert Addison is a Policy Analyst and infrastructure governance specialist at the OECD, having worked with countries across Europe, Africa, Latin America and Australasia on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of infrastructure. A key focus of Robert’s work is to help countries plan for climate change through infrastructure. A lead author of Governing Green: preparing for the climate transition, Robert has also made substantial contributions to numerous reports from the OECD and other international organisations supporting countries to reduce emissions and lift resilience through infrastructure.
