Description
Philippe Larrue is working at the OECD Directorate for Science Technology and Innovation (DSTI) where he leads several activities related to research and innovation governance and policy for sustainability transitions, including mission-oriented innovation policies. He also regularly leads or contributes to OECD Innovation Policy Reviews. He chairs the Stakeholder Advisory Board of the European Forum for Studies of Policies for Research and Innovation (Eu-SPRI).
He joined OECD in 2011 as internal evaluator. Prior to joining OECD, he was Director of the French office of Technopolis Group, and occupied various researcher positions at the University of Bordeaux, INSEAD Business School (Fontainebleau) and the Research Institute of Economy, Trade and Industry (RIETI, Tokyo). He holds a PhD in economics from the University of Bordeaux.
