Description
Samuel Gordon leads Air New Zealand’s cross-functional team scaling its Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) programme. He also co-chairs the SAF working group of Sustainable Aviation Aotearoa (SAA), a public-private partnership developing policy recommendations to accelerate aviation decarbonization in New Zealand. Prior to joining Air New Zealand, Samuel spent four years working on climate and sustainability issues for International Airlines Group (IAG), which was the first airline group in the world to commit to net zero emissions. He has a long-standing passion for sustainability, completing an MSc in Environmental Change and Management at Oxford University in 2008.
