Description
Matt Ireland is a Project Manager / Policy Analyst in the Research Centre of the International Transport Forum (ITF) at the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), where he works on decarbonising aviation, urban demand management and sustainable accessibility, transport digitalisation, and transport infrastructure finance. Prior to joining the ITF/OECD, he held various policy roles in central and local government in the United Kingdom and New Zealand working on transport, infrastructure finance, and trade. He holds an MPhil with distinction in Public Policy from the University of Cambridge, and a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Auckland in Economics, International Business, and International Relations.
