Description
• Alex Mulisa is currently Rwanda’s Strategic Advisor on the Taskforce on Access to Climate Finance (TACF) established at COP26. He has vast experience in supporting the mainstreaming of environment and climate change in sectoral policy responses and coordinating strategic partnerships with key stakeholders. He previously acted as the Coordinator of Rwanda's National Fund for Environment and Climate Change (FONERWA) which mobilises resources from public and private sources to support environmental projects and delivery of Rwanda’s NDCs.
