Description
Adrián G. Rodríguez is head of the Agricultural Development Unit at UN ECLAC, where he leads bioeconomy activities. He has advised the National Bioeconomy Strategies of Costa Rica and Ecuador and has collaborated with bioeconomy-related initiatives in Colombia, Guatemala, and Uruguay. He is a member of the International Advisory Council on Global Bioeconomy and FAO’s International Sustainable Bioeconomy Working Group. Mr. Rodríguez earned a PhD in Agricultural Economics / Environmental Economics from the Pennsylvania State University and a Lic—degree in Economics from the University of Costa Rica
