Description
Ed Beard is Assistant Director for the Environment at the National Infrastructure Commission in the UK, where he leads policy development for flood, water and waste infrastructure. Ed also leads wider environmental policy issues relating to infrastructure. Ed joined NIC in 2021 from Defra where he worked for over 20 years on a range of issues including: drinking water quality, sewage treatment and environmental water quality and water resource planning.
