Description
Andrés Pica Téllez is the Head of the Climate Change Division at Chile's Ministry of Environment. He leads and coordinates the implementation of the Climate Change Law in Chile, including the development of Chile’s Long Term Climate Strategy and the NDC. Previously Andrés has worked at Sustainability Solutions Group supporting governments across the Americas to develop emissions reduction and resilience strategies, as Executive Director of Centro de Cambio Global UC, as Head of the Air Quality Division at Chile’s Ministry of Environment and has taught environmental economics and environmental risk analysis at different universities.
