We will look back at the OECD’s history, focusing in particular on the transformations of the last decade. This will be a key moment to reflect on current and future global economic, social and environmental challenges, and discuss the role of the OECD and international co-operation.

60th Anniversary of the OECD

The OECD is reaching its 60th Anniversary in a unique and challenging context. As the world confronts the worst health, economic and social crisis since the 1930s, the OECD is once again rising to the challenge to support its Member countries and the global community in their response to the crisis and their efforts to foster a strong, resilient, inclusive and sustainable recovery.

Key Policy Responses

The OECD is compiling data, analysis and recommendations on a range of topics to address the emerging health, economic and societal crisis, facilitate co-ordination, and contribute to the necessary global action when confronting this enormous collective challenge.
