Biography
Bahare Heywood read Russian Studies at University College London, majoring in Russian Literature.
She joined Clifford Chance’s Moscow office in 2007 as part of the Regional Management team responsible for Operations throughout the offices in Central and Eastern Europe.
Bahare is the Firm's Chief Risk and Compliance Officer (CR&CO) and Data Protection Officer (DPO). She is responsible for Enterprise Risk Management, regulatory compliance and operational resilience globally.
She has over 11 years of experience in risk and compliance and has completed numerous qualifications in both spheres. She is supported by a truly talented, diverse and international team which is a source of great pride for her.
Aside from a love for all thing compliance-related, she is a lover of Russian and Persian literature, art (classic and contemporary) and gardening!
