Additional Information

Prior registration is required to attend the event at the Swiss Grand Hotel conference room.

On the day of the event:

To collect your entry badge upon arrival at the hotel conference room you will be asked to present an identity card or passport and a copy of the email confirming your registration for the event.
Please bring a photo ID to pick up your badge. Without a valid ID, we cannot issue a badge to you.
Participants must pick up their own badge; it cannot be collected on behalf of someone else.
Badges will be available from 13:30 pm. Security checks and other verification formalities might take longer than usual. Please allow a minimum of 30-45 minutes for the access procedures.
The sessions will start at the time indicated on the event agenda section of this site. Please plan to be seated in the room at least 5 minutes before the start of each session.
For security reasons, you must wear your visitor's badge at all times.

Please note that the OECD cannot organise a visa on your behalf.

Nationals of countries/ regions eligible for visa-free entry are required to obtain Korea Electronic Travel Authorisation (K-ETA) approval to board the flight or ship bound for Korea. The assessment can take more than 72 hours, and application should be made through the K-ETA homepage.
Nationals of countries/ regions not eligible for visa-free entry should consult their embassies.
