Description
Frits Bos is an expert on cost-benefit analysis (CBA), public finance and national accounts statistics. He worked at Statistics Netherlands, the European Commission, the Dutch Council of State and CPB Netherlands Bureau of Economic Policy Analysis. His PhD was about National Accounts as a Tool for Policy and Analysis. He is currently coordinator of CBA at CPB. He published articles and reports about the Dutch fiscal framework, the role of CBA for Dutch water management and how to improve CBA in view of well-being, nature and biodiversity. He supervises new national guidelines of CBA, e.g. with respect to transport infrastructure, land development and water management.
