Angela Martina is a dynamic force within the construction industry, with a career spanning over two decades characterized by innovation, leadership, and advocacy. Currently at the helm of Impresa Martina, a family-run business, Angela also holds pivotal roles in local and European industry federations. Her journey from academia to industry leadership showcases her unwavering commitment to excellence and her dedication to driving positive change within the construction sector. Angela's academic journey began at the University of Padua, where she earned a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering. Her pursuit of academic excellence led her to the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where she participated in an international exchange program focusing on Chemical Engineering and Material Science. Since 2008, she has spearheaded innovative initiatives at Martina s.r.l. Construction Company, focusing on internal operations, bidding processes, and fostering relationships with public administrations. Angela’s impact extends beyond her family business. As President of Centro Edile per la Formazione e la Sicurezza (CEFS) in Udine, she introduced cutting-edge teaching methodologies and international exchanges to enrich the learning experiences of construction professionals. In 2021, Angela was appointed Chairwoman of Vocational Education & Training at the European Construction Industry Federation (FIEC), underscoring her commitment to continuous learning and professional development at a European level. Angela’s advocacy for the construction sector also manifests through her involvement in local industry associations. As President of the local offices of Associazione Nazionale Costruttori Edili (ANCE) and Vice-President of Confindustria Udine, she champions the interests of construction professionals while promoting sustainable growth and innovation within the sector.
