Description
Grégoire TIROT is a graduate of the Institut d'études politiques de Paris, holds a DEA (post-graduate diploma) in Ancient Greek History, and is a graduate of the Institut régional d'administration de Nantes. He is also an alumnus of the National School of Administration (ENA, "Jean Zay" year). Grégoire TIROT joined the French Budget Department (DB) in 2006, as a project manager for "local authority financing and decentralization". In 2008, still with the DB, he took on the role of project manager for "monitoring and financing family policy". In 2010, Grégoire TIROT joined the cabinet of the Minister of Labor, Solidarity, and the Civil Service (Eric WOERTH) as a technical advisor for "budgetary affairs and family policy". In 2011, he co-founded the NGO Cercle National de Réflexion sur la Jeunesse (CNRJ). After graduating from ENA in 2014, he joined the Inspectorate General of Finance. In 2017, Grégoire TIROT became Chief of Staff to the Secretary of State to the Prime Minister, in charge of the Digital Economy (Mounir MAHJOUBI).
Since 2020, Grégoire TIROT has been at the DITP as head of the department. He initially headed the "delivery unit" in charge of monitoring France's public policy priorities. Today, he heads the innovation and citizen participation department.
