Description
Mr. CecĂlio Grachane is a civil engineer with a master's degree in environmental engineering. He has more than 30 years of experience, as a technician across the entire project chain, as well as a senior manager in the area of infrastructures, which includes, but not limited to, the management of public institutions, policy design, design, management, coordination and implementation of the construction and conservation of public infrastructures projects and programs. Among other functions, Mr. Grachane has served as General Director of the National Roads Administration, Chairman of the Roads Fund Board of Directors, Member of the Board of Directors of the National Institute of Land Transport, Second Vice-President of the African Roads Maintenance Funds Association, Director at the Post-Cyclone Reconstruction Office and is now working for the Ministry of Public Works, Housing and Water Resources, based at the Road Fund, Public Institute.
