Description
Jouke Post is a career specialist at James Loopbaan; an initiative on career development services of the Dutch trade union CNV. He is also a researcher at the Academy of Human and Labour and at the research group Strategic HRM of Saxion University of Applied Sciences. He mainly focuses on research on career development by means of innovative instruments, including skill passports and career checks. He is a lecturer on career theory at the Dutch Open University for the Master program on Career Management and alternate expert of the CareersNet, CEDEFOP’s network of independent experts in lifelong career guidance and career development.
