Vincent is the Global Head of Advisory for OCO Global, a 200-people international consulting firm specialized in advising corporate and government clients on international investment strategies. As such, OCO Global advises international companies in their market entry strategy and complex site selection analysis for manufacturing plants, SSC, HQs and R&D centers projects in all global regions. As part of the location analysis process, OCO Global is closely connected to governments and local stakeholders around the world to collect and evaluate all location parameters involved in complex location decisions (talent availability, industrial sites, access to utilities, proximity to suppliers, regulatory environment, business climate, costs parameters, investment incentives, etc…). Prio to joining OCO Global, Vincent worked at EY for 18 years where he was the Partner leading the location advisory practice for the EMEIA region.
