Description

Sarah Murray is a long-time Financial Times contributor and specialist writer on sustainable development. A former FT staff journalist, she has spent more than two decades exploring the relationship of business to society and the environment. Sarah also writes for Stanford Social Innovation Review and the Economist Group, and her work has appeared in publications including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, the Economist, The Guardian and the South China Morning Post. She has worked as a journalist in the US, the UK, Hong Kong, Vietnam and South Africa. Sarah is founding content designer for FT Investing for Good (now the Moral Money Summit), a global conference series from the Financial Times. She remains a regular moderator and panelist at the Moral Money Summit. Sarah is author of two non-fiction books, Making an Exit and Moveable Feasts (one of JPMorgan Private Bank’s 10 summer “must read” books in 2008). She has edited books on philanthropy and sustainable investing, including New York Times bestseller Giving 2.0 by Laura Arrillaga-Andreessen and Making Money Moral by Judith Rodin and Saadia Madsbjerg.
