Javier Yraola is Project Management Director at ICEX- Invest in Spain, a position he took after having served as Trade Commissioner of Spain in Chicago.
During his extensive professional career, he has also held senior positions at ICEX, where he was Director of Consumer Goods; at the Ministries of Finance and Foreign Affairs, where he was Deputy Director General for Trade and Customs Affairs. He has also served as Trade Commissioner of Spain in Colombia and Central America for ten years, and early in his career he worked on European Union Issues at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
