Felix Neugart is CEO of NRW.Global Business, the trade and investment agency of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia since November 2020. He has more than 15 years of experience in international trade and investment promotion having previously served as Managing Director for International Business at the Duesseldorf Chamber of Industry and Commerce and CEO of the German Emirati Joint Council for Industry and Commerce (AHK) in Dubai. Prior to that he worked as Managing Director for International Economic Policy at the Association of German Chambers of Industry and Commerce (DIHK) in Berlin.
