Description
As a Program Director in LHH - HR consulting subsidiary of The Adecco Group - I'm in charge of engineering and management of HR transformation programs in industries, particularly for the automotive and aeronautics sectors. More recently, my team has been working on the creation of dedicated training paths and certification linked to the new industry of electrical battery manufacturing. With an engineer background and with 25 years of experience in HR programs and projects, I’ve been working on transformation of organizations, services and processes in France and internationally. Supporting companies in their human capital transformation challenges, I design and deploy tailor-made solutions linked to the companies´ transformation. My expertise includes social strategy, employability, re and upskilling, recruitment, training engineering and innovation.
