The Third Ministerial Summit on Social Inclusion, themed "Productive Inclusion Revisited," aims to provide a platform for developing policy solutions to address challenges such as fragmented social protection systems, tackle the root causes of stalled social mobility, and explore innovative tools and new approaches to empower local communities.
This Ministerial seeks to broaden the policy debate on social inclusion, highlighting its connections to productivity, environmental sustainability, and governance. It will bring together a diverse group of ministers and senior government officials from OECD and LAC countries, the EU, and International and Regional Organisations. Additionally, the Summit aims to translate political commitments made in the realms of social inclusion at summits such as the Summit of the Americas, the Ibero-American Summit, and the EU-CELAC Summit into concrete action to advance the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.
