He is a psychologist from Universidad Fidélitas and is in the process of being certified as a Project Management Professional.
He is a career civil servant. In the last 10 years he has served in different positions, including Executive President of the National Learning Institute (INA) and Deputy Technical Manager of the same institution. He was currently serving as National Director of Employment of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security.
During his career he has worked in areas related to human talent management, employment services and labor intermediation, in the field of vocational training, design and management of active labor market policies on youth employment, among others.
