Description

Kevin Lee is a Professional Engineer with a Master’s in Architecture, with over 35 years experience in the housing industry. Since joining CHBA in 2013, Kevin has worked continually with the Board and CHBA’s over 50 provincial and local constituent associations to strengthen CHBA as the “voice of the residential construction industry”, an industry that represents over 1.5M jobs and $211B of economic activity. CHBA is focused squarely on supporting its 8,500 member companies to meet the aspirations of Canadians for housing affordability, quality and choice. Kevin is Past Chair of the International Housing Association. Kevin began his career in housing in the trades, then ran a consulting business for 11 years. He spent 9 years as a Federal Government executive, managing housings R&D programs and directing housing initiatives including a $1B retrofit program. Kevin built his own Advanced Home in 1997, featured on the Discovery Channel, where he still lives with his wife and 3 children.
