Abdellah Khaloub serves as the Regional Director of the Moroccan National Agency for the Fight against Illiteracy. With extensive expertise in adult education, he also fulfills roles as an inspector in education planning. His professional contributions include membership on the technical committee for the “Marrakech, Learning City” project. Holding a Master’s degree in Development Sociology and another in Public Law with a focus on International Relations, Abdellah Khaloub is actively engaged in academic research. As a researcher for the Research Lab on International Cooperation and Local Development (LRCID) at Cadi Ayad University in Marrakech, Abdellah Khaloub's doctoral thesis explores "International Cooperation, Challenges, and Opportunities: Case of Funded Adult Education Projects in Morocco."
