Description
Dulce Baptista is a senior specialist in the Labor Markets Division of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), where she is responsible for incorporating climate change mitigation and adaptation into the Division operational and analytical program. She is currently working on green jobs and just transition. Dulce joined the IDB in 2010 as the Coordinator of the Technical Network to Support Public Employment Services (SEALC Network), where she led the publication of the book 'The World of Public Employment Services,' a co-publication of the IDB, the OECD and WAPES. The book compares institutional and operational characteristics of public employment services in 71 countries. Dulce also is responsible for the portfolio of the Labor Markets Division in Barbados, Belize and Haiti. Dulce has a Ph.D. from the University of London.
