Description
Ms. Tucker facilitates services for acquisition and development of carbon storage projects at CapturePoint, guiding public communications and directing community engagement and governmental relations.
Ms. Tucker is a member of the White House Council for Environmental Quality’s Carbon Dioxide Capture, Utilization, and Sequestration (CCUS) Federal Lands and Outer Continental Shelf Task Force. She was previously a partner at McGuire Woods LLP, a leading Washington, DC law firm, where her portfolio as a member of the Environmental Practices Group centered on compliance with the full range of US environmental laws. In past public service roles, she has served as Assistant General Counsel in the US Department of Energy as well as Assistant Attorney General for the Maryland Department of Natural Resources.
